I have used Muglamania for many years and have always been more than happy with the products, customer service etc. However my most recent experience means that I will never use, or recommend, them again. I ordered several coasters and when they arrived, instead of the nice glossy finish I have been used to they were dull and lifeless, almost a matt finish. They claim not to have changed anything and tried to blame the photos I sent. They said they would refund but would not reprint in case I "didn't like them again". I have since had some done by another company, using the EXACT same photos, and they are a lovely glossy finish and streets ahead in quality.
