I ordered these as they were the cheapest online & I wasnt in a huge rush to get them as I was going to be on holiday for a week. I was surprised to see they hadn't arrived by the time I came back from my hols & contacted Muglamania to see what was going on. They told me that Royal Mail had delivered my mugs to Scotland(?!) & they would seek compensation. In the meantime Muglamania reprinted my mugs & sent them out for NEXT DAY delivery. I am extremely happy with their service & communication & will thoroughly recommend them. i will certainly be using them again!
