A very small online order for waterproof wound covering placed on Sunday afternoon with plea that was needed for a sudden appt given for long awaited Hydrotherapy treatment treatment, so was there any chance it could arrive from Multipharmacy by Wednesday post.... And early Monday morning was phoned, yes phoned ... by a lady from Multipharmacy, to say that order would be processed that day and posted 1st class so it would arrive in time for my Hydrotherapy! Now how much better could that ever be. YES, package arrived Tuesday morning all correct. Very happy with the amazing service and thoughtfulness. Thank you Multipharmacy
