As a buy to let customer would recommend .Able to secure a fair price which both parties were happy with.Sometimes seemed to keep odd hours contacting after close of business not sure why. Did feel on times pushed to increase offer once asked if it was my dream property , we were looking at buy to let? . Over all good as we purchased the property in which we were interested.Not traditional estate agents and I would never use to sell my own property if I'm honest as I did feel they probably put pressure on sellers to accept our offer.
