I buy a lot of these Protein Crisp bars (7 boxes of 12 at a time). The protein bars are fine, or I wouldn't buy them, but their taste consistency changes from box to box. One box of Vanilla Caramel tastes too chocolatey (I dont like chocolate), one tastes way too peanut buttery (I don't like peanut butter). Sometimes they taste like old card board and sometimes they are just right. I usually have 2 a day, sometimes three, with other food - like a dinner with veg and legumes or something. I have lost 41 kg so far and only have 13 more to go. I am old so it's going slowly. I have found that the protein bars give me the added energy (I guess) and hopefully, some of the nutrients I require. I also take multivitamins and I exercise of course. I am not your target demographic but I am loyal to the product and don't bother trying any lesser bars from other companies. Been there. done that. blech. I think I should get a 50% off code to purchase my bars. As it is now, I wait for the 40% deal.
