I ordered eight Sorbonne cushion covers and after the second wash the zips were very stiff and hard to open and close . I contacted the company through their website and no reply. After the third e- mail I sent on giving them until close of play to contact me or I would raise a dispute through PayPal. I received a phone call this morning from the rudest person ever. She was obviously absent during customer service training. She basically spoke down to me and said what did I expect to get for what I paid. I couldn’t get a word in and she then just abruptly hung up on me. It’s safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again and my advice would be to avoid at all costs.
