The MuscleGun Ab Wheel is quite bulky and expensive for what is essentially a wheel and two handles. The biggest disappointment is with the quality of the product. My one clunks/snaps/cracks each time it retracts, which feels like a bearing issue; there is definitely something not right going on within the housing. I have only been using it for a week and it has already been pushed to one side in favour of my old trusted Ab Wheel that cost a fraction of the price. Avoid!
