I did ask if a Luthier could set up a new guitar I was told that it was set up at the factory, and as you well know that is not a fact not to a good standard\nI was pleased with the service I received from a saleman named Dan he knew how to talk to people and make you fill at home I also parted with more money ,good slaeman\ndelivery waited over to long for delivery there was a hold up but I was not informed, the packaging was good ,delivery 2/5 sevice 4/5
