Having ordered a speaker stand, I expected it to arrive 3-5 working days after, which is standard. When it didn't come after 3, I contacted Music Junkie, to be told that it would have to come from the manufacturer and would take longer. Nowhere on the website did it say that it was not in stock! I think this should be added. \n\nWhen it did arrive, I opened the parcel to find it had a damaged extending pole and a broken head on one of the tightening nuts. It looked like it had been dropped on its head.\n\nI contacted Music Junkie who were very helpful but they did have to order it again from the manufacturer. It has been delivered this week, with extra packaging, and is fine.
