i bought a guitar over 1400 pounds, it didnt play well so they said they will send it back to fender, they said i would get a new guitar in a week, a week later i they said they had not sent my guitar yet, then when they did send it, it took a month.
in the mean time when i asked for refund they said they would give me credit and not my money back, when i told them the terms and conditions of the contract, they got upset as they had to pay me, but i waited until the guitar came
i got my guitar after a month, terrible service glad it shut down
