Am dorit sa achizitionez o cutie de transport pentru scuter, si am primit de fapt o decoratiune de aplicat pe cutie de scuter. Practic, prezentarea din poze era inselatoare iar explicatiile intr-o limba romana aproximativa.
Am facut o solicitare de retur si m-au pus sa achit 200 lei, taxa de retur, in conditiile in care produsul a costat 180 lei.
Asta este, m-am ars, am pierdut 180 lei.... dar am sa le fac reclama ori de cate ori am ocazia....
In mail mi-au zis ca ei nu au nicio vina... :)
