All Agents were very helpful, we worked together finding the vehicle. How it goes? You get pre-approved then you look for a vehicle and call them to check the vehicle and the dealer, if they don't call you back in 1 hour that means that they are not working with that dealer, you need to give them a call ... Next vehicle, until it gets approved. After that they work very fast, the last check will be with the finance company. Vehicle was not as described but not MyCarCredit fault. Thanks MY CAR CREDIT.
