I bought a pet stroller from them and arrived damaged. I sent them several emails and called them. They didn’t do anything and every time were passing me to the seller who didn’t want to replace the item. The seller has been playing different games so that they won’t refund my money. I also left the seller a one star feedback which was not shown on their website. They only show 5 star reviews for this seller on their website.
