If you want to return something, it will be almost impossible. To actually make a return you go around in circles on their customer service portal. You are then told that the 'supplier' may not approve your return. In my case I received a notification that they couldn't confirm when my product would arrive, so I organised something else. I finally found a way to contact them, to cancel the order. They then informed me that even though I contacted them, before the item arrived it was at the discretion of the supplier (isn't that them) if they would accept the return. This process has been set up to discourage you from returning, and as a result I will never return. Amazon are way better. They make it easy, and is why I buy so much that way. Returns are Neve an issue, and they make it very easy. My deal is rubbish. And to be honest the product I got appears to be rubbish as well.
