I ordered 3 products on the 16th of July 2024. The site says to expect 1-8 business days for delivery. 2 of my items arrived within 2 business days. On the 30th of July I made an online complaint regarding my 3rd item that did not arrive. The tracking info says "dispatched". it is now the 8th of July and I am still requesting a refund, which is falling on deaf ears. Oh yes, they are here to help you, but they are just words. After waiting 24 days, enough is enough. I have requested a refund. I have also requested a refund through Paypal. If you are thinking of using MyDeal, read my review and then re-read it again. If you are happy to throw your money away, be my guest.
