Please proceed with extreme caution with MyDeal. I paid this organisation almost $400 for a rug on 25/7/24. The My Deal order/ advertising indicated delivery within 10 business days, which has already elapsed. Their correspondence is vague and brief: MyDeal will "monitor" to check that I "receive the item" and advise me to "wait for updates". They seem to advertise items which are not actually available. It is extremely concerning that Woolworths owns and runs this company. Please, save your money and look for your purchase elsewhere. Do not buy from MyDeal.
