I ordered some doll shoes from another supplier in Early November through Amazon, not knowing they were to come from Hong Kong. They let me down badly and did not arrive for Christmas and now won't arrive until January. What was I to do? I found this wonderful company, who pulled out the stops and just a few days later got two pairs of shoes to me in time for Christmas. My granddaughter is so pleased with them and I am pleased with this company. When I told my daughter where I got them from, it turned out that she had bought the American Girl doll for her daughter from the same company. This was the same doll the shoes were for. Lovely helpful people on the telephone. Highly recommend.
