I can't fault the service and the product was delivered promptly. However the product is extremely disappointing. These dolls are shocking for the price, a £160 doll who's head is attached by a piece of string, really? My daughter was desperate for one and had done her research, but even she was very disappointed. Seriously how can a doll like this cost this much?
