Zero stars if possible! Bought voucher via Fave website, then told that vouchers can only be used via Fave app. Go to App Store to download Fave app, only to find that no such app exists! Conveniently, cancellations can only be made via app. I've used Fave with no problems a few years ago - wth's happened??
