I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent purchase made through your app. On 16 November 2024, I purchased a manicure and pedicure deal, which entitled me to a $5.00 voucher that could be redeemed on any purchase at FAVE. I used this $5.00 voucher to purchase the same manicure and pedicure service at Nail Haus and arranged an appointment at their Pasir Ris outlet.Upon payment, I applied the $5.00 voucher. However, on 6 December 2024, when I arrived at the Pasir Ris outlet as scheduled at 7:30 pm, I was told by the staff that the service had already been redeemed on the same day of purchase. I was shocked and surprised, as I did not redeem the voucher or swipe the redemption slide myself. The staff was unable to trace or verify my records, and despite my belief that Nail Haus should be able to confirm whether or not I had used the service, the staff insisted they could not provide the service without proof of redemption. This was incredibly disappointing and humiliating, as I had rushed to the outlet expecting to receive the service, only to be turned away. I feel misled by the $5.00 voucher, which was intended to encourage me to sign up for the deal, and I believe this issue may have been caused by a technical fault. It seems you're upset because the $5.00 voucher, which was intended to encourage you to purchase a package, ended up being ineffective, and you were charged an extra $18.00 without having the opportunity to use it for any manicure or pedicure services
