I'm just over a month post-procedure now so I thought I'd write a review. Overall things went really well, I could tell it was a professional organisation, Daniel my Trichologist did the initial assessment for around 2500 grafts and when I arrived on the day the surgeon took over and explained in detail, and when he measured my head found I needed 2420 so Daniel had been spot on with estimation of graft numbers. The surgery day went smoothly, I opted for the needle-free Jet anaesthesia as I have an issue with needles and it was a lot less painful than some of the things I had read which relaxed me. The day took around 6 hours, and I was home in time for tea. Recovery took about 2 weeks until the skin had healed fully, I've had some slight numbness and pins and needles which I was told to expect, all is progressing nicely and I've been impressed with how the clinic has been helpful with aftercare advice whenever I have reached out to them. 5 stars for the service and would use again, but hopefully won't need to!
