What a refreshing experience, dealing with a place that isn't pushy in this day and age. I had my consultation back in the summer, and my surgery was in October. The consultation was initially with Dan who explained the process and I followed up by visiting one of the surgeons at the clinic just for an in-person assessment, which agreed with everything I was told. Surgery day itself lasted around 6 hours and apart from the anaesthetic injections (that I was warned in advance might sting a little) the rest of the day was totally pain free, I listened to an audiobook while the surgical team worked away on my head. Everything healed nicely during the week or so recovery afterwards, and it's been plain sailing from there. I was informed full growth of the new hair will take a year but I'm already seeing the first hairs come through and excited to see what the final result will be.
