Fantastic service all-round from the surgeon who was very patient with me on the day as I was initially quite nervous, to the technicians who were really friendly, looked after me and bought me lunch, and my consultant who has been checking up with me on whatsapp continually since the operation to make sure I've been following the aftercare and healing has been going okay. It's now 4 weeks since my procedure so it's a little early to see results but it couldnt be better so far, looking forward to a full head of hair again in the summer, my confidence has already taken a massive boost, top marks!
