A++ service from Daniel and the team at the My Hair clinic, they explained complex topics clearly and simply so I understood not just the way the procedure worked but the reasons behind my hair loss in the first place, and what overall approach would be best for me, not just pushing a transplant. On the day my surgeon was incredibly professional, putting me at ease and the 7 hour procedure went past really quickly. I have been in regular contact regarding the aftercare and have had my questions answered any time of the day or night, so I'm grateful for the service levels I've received which have felt above and beyond.
