After researching a lot of places I found it quite rare to get a face to face consultation with the surgeon who would actually doing the procedure, (instead of a salesman) and this clinic were happy to do that free of charge, which really helped. They were honest about the results that my hair type could get, and on the day itself I knew exactly what to expect. The overall procedure took about 6 hours for 2000 grafts, and went smoothly and pretty much painlessly, and the staff were really friendly. Months down the line results are starting to come through and I'm looking forward to seeing the final result after a year, will update this then, but so far every aspect has been really good.
