I found the My Hair clinic through a friend who had surgery there, his result was great, and I found it to be a very professional organisation. My advisor has been in constant contact preparing me for the day and afterwards checking I'm following the aftercare instructions and that everything healed okay. The day took around 6 hours, was relaxing and full of friendly staff who took good care of me. A few months down the line and I'm starting to see the results, still a way to go until I see the finished article after a year, but I already know I'm going to look better this summer than I have done in a long time.
