From my consultation onwards the one thing that stuck out was the way they spent time to explain everything to me, not just promising a result but going through what happens, why the hair loss is caused, the different things I can do about it, and what happens during the surgery. Even with the aftercare the recovery steps are explained properly and they checked regularly to see how I was doing. On the day the Surgery process was straightforward and other than a bit of a sting from the anaesthetic injections the day was painless.
