I had been considering a hair transplant for a while and was in 2 minds whether to go for it, but after a visit to the clinic and a long chat where they went over the pros and cons (it's always so refreshing when they will tell you the negatives as well as the positives) they left me to make a balanced decision, and I'm so pleased I went ahead with it. The clinic staff were calm and professional, and the day was straightfoward in the end. 2 weeks off work to recover was a bit of a faff but unavoidable, and now it's healed there's no sign of any transplant, and the first of the new hairs are starting to come through. The cost was only marginally more than the Turkish clinics but having it done close to home where there is support whenever you need it was totally worth it.
