I had my transplant procedure about a month ago at the London My Hair clinic, and everything went as well as it possibly could have. The whole team were professional, polite and friendly and I felt I was in good hands. The surgeon was clearly very experienced and spent a lot of time with me making sure I was getting exactly the new hairline I wanted. Communication has been great throughout before and with the aftercare process and any questions have been quickly answered. Overall very professional service from a high-quality clinic. Only 4 stars might seem harsh when I can't think of how it could have been any better, and I'll update this to 5 stars after I have my final results which is apparently about a year's time.
