My procedure to being forward my hairline was in November at the Harrow clinic with Dr Alosert. The surgery day was a bit of a blur, I was initially very nervous, both about the anaesthetic pain (a lot less than I expected) and what I'd look like with a section of hair shaved off the back of my head (thankfully not too bad as I have long hair that covered it). It took around 7 hours and everyone was really friendly,and the nurses kept me talking the whole time. Afterwards during recovery I hid away at home as the little scabs took a week or so to come off, and I had to come up with some creative fringe hairstyles while it was growing through, but 6 months later it's starting to look just how I imagined as the length improves, the new hairline makes my facial proportions look so much better and it's getting thicker every day. I've had to be patient but it's absolutely been worth it, so pleased I went for it, thank you to Daniel and everyone involved at the clinic!
