The item I ordered was backordered. I was pretty much immediately informed it was backordered, when it was expected to be available, and asked whether I wished to keep my order in place knowing that. Based on the estimated date it would be available, I kept my order in place. Sure enough, when that date came around the item was available and was quickly shipped and received. It was exactly as expected. Very happy with the service - very up front and easy to deal with.
