Bought a beautiful celtic cross & even though the conemarra marble fell out of the setting after a few months it only cost me $25 in postage to return the item for repair. They didnt charge me for the repair either which was good, and I got a nice complementary postcard to compensate me for the inconveniece. Hmmmmm.... am I supposed to say thank you?
