Nice product, I was looking for it to be a little larger so I could add more trauma equipment to it for my needs. I may modify it to be more trauma oriented with a tourniquet and Israeli bandage for more serious injuries and a few extras. It is a good starter kit with a range for different experience levels. the kit is a good starter kit and a good all round general first aid kit.
