I ordered the MyFak in orange to test out for in car use and I was super impressed. The thought, organization and quality of products was top notch. I especially liked how the MyFak premium had everything from a bandaid to a suture kit in a very compact, durable bag. I have mine attached to the headrest and it's not in the way for a backseat passenger but can't be missed. Highly recommended!
