One month to ship with no communication until I initiated the conversation is in reasonable. I still have an item on backorder. If I would have known it was going to take this long I would have shopped elsewhere. There should be a note on the web page notifying customers that items will be on backorder. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead or one is because the kit I got was well assembled and the contents were nice.
