Generally speaking, since I live in a house with two family members who are not on the same wellness path as I am, it's nice to have some meals to pop in during a busy workday (I work from home). I don't need to worry about groceries, dishes from cooking, leftovers taking up space in the fridge, etc. I even sometimes get my mom to eat one of the meals, and she agrees that they are restaurant quality! I'm very thankful for this service as someone who wants better nutritional option, but doesn't want the hassle of two meals needing to be made for the different members of the family.
