I do like the metabolic meal plan to help me with my weight loss goals. I have been a client for over 5 years. My number 1 constructive criticism is that almost every meal contains a spicy/hot ingredient and I am unable to eat most of the meals. Even meals that traditionally do not contain anything spicy still have a spicy component, such as crushed red pepper flakes. I would strongly suggest that you make spicy ingredients optional or stop using crushed red pepper flakes on almost every meal. There are other ways of making a diet meal savoury, such as salt, garlic powder, adobo, and onions. The use of spicy/hot ingredients on almost every meal, every week, really limits the choices of meals I can consume. Most meals on any given week have one or more of the following ingredients: Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Chipotle Puree, Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, Poblano Peppers, Ancho Chilli, Pickapepper Sauce, Chilli Pepper, Hot Sauce, Ancho Chilli Powder, Red Pepper Flakes, Anaheim Chilli Pepper, Chipotle Pepper, Togarashi Pepper, Thai Chilli Sauce, Siracha, etc. Even if you just remove or make optional the Red Pepper Flakes and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes that would make a lot more meals not spicy/hot for those of us who cannot tolerate any amount of spiciness.
