Food is great and doesn't have unnecessary carbs or sauces. Customer service is exceptional. One star removed because I pay the same shipping costs as anyone and the company is about 3 miles from my house; wish I could just pick it up and save the shipping, packaging, ice packs, etc. Otherwise, I've been with them a long time and recommend them to friends and family.
