Metabolic Meals have been a lifesaver over the past six months as I navigate my nutrition plans, designed by an online fitness and nutrition coach. Metabolic Meals are typically higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates and fats compared to other pre-made meal services. I appreciate the convenience of scanning a barcode in MyFitnessPal to track macronutrients and calories for each meal and the simplicity of heating them for just two minutes in the microwave.
While Metabolic Meals are on the expensive side, their pricing is comparable to other services. However, one downside is the minimum order requirement of 15 meals to qualify for free shipping, which otherwise costs $19.95. Additionally, I do wish the chefs would expand their menu, as I often see the same meals repeated every few weeks. More variety and choices would be great.
One feature I particularly value is the subscription-free membership, which ensures I only receive meals when I order them. Overall, I believe Metabolic Meals are a worthwhile investment for those starting their nutrition journey or those who lack the time or finances to cook homemade meals regularly.
