The meals are great quality. Taste wise, some will obvioulsy be better than others. The ingredients used is what sets Metabolic apart from all others. They actually know about good fats vs bad fats in that they use good oils in their recipes. The trays can be difficult to open, but maybe that's a necessary evil.
