The meals are always delicous - I cannot recall one I did not like. I have maintained my weight and muscle mass eating them for most of my meals each week. Macros are on point, an issue I had found with other meal prep services was total inaccuracy, but Metabolic Meals seem to be right on. Love the whole food ingredients, gluten-free meals, and the BPA-free packaging that I can microwave in. My only issue has been with local delivery services used in some areas as I have had meals shipped to multiple locations as I travel often for work. A couple local deliverers were completely inefficient in getting my meals to me. Metabolic Meals worked diligently to fix this issue, but was not always successful. I plan to continue using the service for the indefinite future.
