Often too much spice. Note I have lots of food intolerances including to many spices like balls of black pepper. White pepper is absolutely abhorrent to me, burns on the lips, burns in the mouth and burns in the stomach. I hate the porcine sauce. Like like the real taste of pork, beef, chicken, turkey, broccoli, even liver and spinach. I don't want "hot sauce" on my turkey meal.
I have a medically proven intolerance to olives/olive oil. Now it is mild so as long as I don't order vegetables and meat sauces made with olive oil, I will be OK. However since my Mother had the same problem, I never learned to like the smell or taste of olive oils. Yes I know why nutritionists stress its use.
I am celiac so I very much enjoy safe food to eat. I love knowing the sauces are safe to eat. However using ingredients like Worcester sauce worries me as well, one can get gluten free Worcester sauce, it is much more expensive. Thus I doubt you are avoiding all the subtle sources of gluten. Fortunately I am not hyper sensitive but I cannot recommend your food to my celiac sister.
I love your pre sliced meat. I love there are choices that do not have aminos. I wish you offered an occasional Mandrin Chinese meal with almost no hot spice. Even a mild meal will be too spicy to me.
I supposedly have an intolerance to white potato. You love, love white potato. Sigh. Sometimes I just buy the meal, throw out the potato and add a vegetable like broccoli. I like my green vegetables! I'm not a man needed lots of simple carbohydrates for enough fuel and satisfaction. I can eat sweet potatoes.
You also love simple carbohydrates in the form of white rice & white potato . Gluten free noodles that are likely not keto or paleo. How about sometimes using brown rice or quinoa? Bean noodles or spaghetti squash noodles? I'm trying to follow the Always Hungry diet which in the phase two, weight lost phase, bans simple carbohydrates used as a a meal portion. Like a serving of white rice. Or country cornbread egg breakfast.
You have had enough variation that I haven't gotten bored with certain meals. Most are tasty enough I eat all or most of the meal. As a senior citizen, I like the choice of the smaller serving of protein.
I'm not sure three, big, ice packs are needed when sending to the colder regions of the country in Winter. Now in the 100 degree Summer time, three may not be enough. May I suggest using packs of dry ice. This is much, much easier for me to dispose of and much, much, much less weight to handle and put into my trash. The ice packs have no recycling here and City Sanitation does not want the warmed contents to be put in the sewer line.
