I tell friends all the time about your meals and services the only criticism I can give you that might be helpful for you to think about is like where I live in the winter when it’s so cold well three times I received my shipment and the big blocks of ice packs that you use are so frozen and hard they sometimes penetrate and crack open the seal of the Meals and the meals are exposed in that environment. I don’t know what to do other than to throw the meals away that have been compromised. Also maybe the outside of the boxes that you use could have big arrows printed to show that the box should be moved around and placed in an upward position not rolled around that might help I don’t know Love like almost every single meal Thank you Press On…Roxane Gardner
