I have been ordering Metabolic Meals for about 4 months and have definitely found some favorites. I’m on a low sodium diet and have been able to order meals easily. Everything is delicious and I like that every week the menu has new choices, along with some standbys. My food arrives every Tuesday and I have not had issues with the temperature of the food .There are three large blue ice containers keeping the food chilled. The box is quite heavy for me to carry in the house so I have learned to open the box 📦 at the door and take out the food containers first, then after refrigerating them remove the blue ice for disposal. Well worth the extra effort. I tend to gravitate toward the turkey and chicken dinners but have really enjoyed the lasagne as well. I’ve checked out other food service companies and have not found anything else that compares.
