I am waiting for an order I placed on 2nd December. A gift for my father - who we cannot see this Christmas because of Covid. I have emailed twice, there is no online agent just a Bot that can't help you and the telephone number does not exist! The company informed me they had sent the gift on 11th December, it is now 22nd December. They have my money and my father doe snot have his gift. Do not use this service!
