Ordered for christmas and was told it was ready to ship on 19th December. My dad received it on 2nd Jan. The frame also does not have any hooks on it for hanging. I understood that for a few days the border was closed but I was disappointed as i initially thought that i was using a UK site as it is registered as a co.uk site to then find out that it was coming from Germany. No mention of this was on the checkout/delivery page.
