Shocking customer service ! Tried twice both times delivered damaged ! Won’t deal with you had to escalate to PayPal to try and get refund ! Victoria was especially rude
Personally i think this was down to the fact I rang with ten minutes left of her shift. Customer services only open 10-3 !! Hardest time Of the day to make a phone call says it all really !! Beware especially ordering the metal art work !!
