Ordered a photo jigsaw as a gift for a friend. Price is the same as other well known companies but unfortunately not the same quality. Arrived in a flimsy brown “pizza” box with a picture stuck on the front in a bag. Of course, the box was crushed and damaged on arrival given the cheap quality and the fact it was just placed in a bag to be sent. Immediately tried to call, it was not possible to speak to anyone. Emailed my complaint with photographs. They are refusing to deal with the complaint and keep asking for photos of the jigsaw itself which was not my initial complaint. They take on average 2-3 days to reply to my emails but have gotten no further than sending me three emails not commenting on the photographs or offering a solution but asking for more pictures of the jigsaw. £30.00 down and unable to gift this to my friend.
