For quality I gave it 5 stars, however, I ordered a photo cushion on the 14th June which arrived on the 29th June even though it states average delivery time within 5 days. I love the cushion, the photo in sharp and the cover is very soft. I hope my sister likes it as it's for her Birthday on Friday.
