I ordered a engraved pendent which came through the letterbox within 2 days. Unfortunately it wasn't the pendent that I ordered. However, I emailed them straight away, they replied the next day (Saturday evening) and immediately apologised and I received the correct pendent and engraving the next working day. Am so happy with the pendent and the efficiency of correcting their error. Would recommend them to everyone!
